The apartment offers two separate bedrooms that are designed with your maximum comfort in mind. The master bedroom welcomes you with a solid oak double bed with high-quality mattresses, where you can adjust the firmness of the mattress to your preference. The second separate bedroom has a solid wood double bed, bunk beds and generous storage space – the perfect choice for families or larger groups.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to prepare gourmet meals. You’ll find an oven, hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine for freshly ground coffee beans. A spacious fridge-freezer can hold everything you need, while ample crockery and kitchen utensils make cooking for larger groups easy.

The apartment is dominated by a large oak dining table, which can comfortably seat a large group of guests. The living area offers not only a place for relaxation but also a space for entertainment – the children can play games while you enjoy a quiet moment with a glass of wine on the sofa bed, which also serves as a comfortable extra bed. The atmosphere is enhanced by a luxurious Finnish wood-burning stove, which creates a cosy atmosphere ideal for an evening’s relaxation.

From the living room, you can then enter the private terrace, which is exclusively for you.

For total regeneration of body and mind, the apartment includes a relaxation area with its sauna, shower and the refreshing option of a cooling bucket of water – the perfect way to end a day of mountain adventures.

For those who like to socialise, there is a private pub right in the apartment. Here, you’ll find a beer tap, a wine bar and a large screen with a powerful sound system, perfect for watching sports or private parties with friends.

The entire apartment is heated by underfloor heating, which you can easily adjust in each room to suit your needs.

After a day on the slopes, cross-country skiing or exploring the beautiful corners of the Giant Mountains, this apartment will become your peaceful retreat where you can relax and recharge your batteries for the next adventure.

We also think about the smallest visitors – on request we can prepare a cot and high chair for you.

For your ski or cycling equipment, there is a large communal ski room with a ski boot warmer and plenty of storage space.

You can conveniently park your car right in front of the building on the private property.

Completed in 2024, the exclusive timber-framed Chalet Livit is the perfect blend of modern comfort and traditional craftsmanship.

It offers space to comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests. You can rent the entire property as a whole and use its full potential. The individual apartments can be connected by an internal staircase, ensuring maximum flexibility and convenience.

Children are warmly welcomed! We will be happy to prepare a cot or high chair for them so that you can feel truly at home with us.
