General Terms and Conditions, Accommodation Rules and Cancellation Policy
Ordering and booking accommodation
- Accommodation can be booked electronically via the booking form on our website, by e-mail or by phone.
- The reservation becomes binding upon payment of the deposit, paid no later than the due date indicated on the advance invoice or as agreed with the accommodation provider.
Accommodation prices
- The price of accommodation is set according to the price list available on the website. The price includes water, energy, wifi, parking and local charges per person per day.
- We will ask you to pay a deposit when you confirm your order. The amount of the deposit is set at 50% of the total price of the accommodation.
- The price for accommodation is paid in advance by transfer to the account of the accommodation provider 9684438003/5500.
Cancellation policy
- In case of cancellation by the client within 21 days before the planned arrival, the accommodation provider undertakes not to charge the client any cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made 20-14 days prior to arrival will be charged 30% of the total price of the stay as a cancellation fee.
- If cancelled 13 -0 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total price will be charged as cancellation fee.
Start and end of accommodation
- Only persons who present a valid identity document (ID card, passport) can be accommodated. The identification data from the identity document is entered by the operator in the guest book.
- The property reserves the right not to accommodate unregistered persons, including children.
- Accommodation of pets, especially dogs, is possible only after prior agreement with the accommodation provider and for a fee of CZK 1,000 per dog for the entire period of accommodation.
- Failure to arrive on the agreed date will result in the termination of the right to the agreed accommodation without refund.
- The use of the accommodation is only for a period of time agreed in advance between the accommodation provider and the accommodated.
- Arrival is possible on the day of the start of the stay between 16:00 – 21:00, on the day of the end of the stay the guest is obliged to vacate the room by 10:00 (by mutual agreement it is possible to adjust the time of arrival and departure). If the check-out time is not met, the accommodation provider is entitled to charge the price for the next day of accommodation.
Accommodation rules
- The guest has the right to use a fully equipped apartment with a kitchenette and bathroom, common areas and terrace of the lodge, bike storage room for bicycles, e-bikes or skis.
- Each apartment has parking for one person, one car for free. An additional car can be parked only by prior arrangement with the landlord.
- Smoking and open fires are strictly prohibited in the entire apartment.
- Heat in the apartment is provided by underfloor heating, the operation is provided by the operator as needed.
- Visits by non-residents are only possible with the consent of the accommodation provider.
- From 22:00 to 07:00, the guest is obliged to observe the night quiet.
- Guests will receive one set of keys to enter the apartment and ski room.
- When leaving the apartment, the guest is obliged to turn off the appliances, close the window, make sure the water shut-offs are closed and lock the building. The guest is obliged to close the apartment door after leaving the apartment and make sure that the door is closed.
- Bicycles, strollers, skis and other bulky items can be stored in the “bike room”. The guest is obliged to close the door to this area after leaving and make sure that the door is actually closed. As this is a common area, the guest is obliged to secure his/her property against theft. The landlord is not responsible for any loss.
- In case of damage, the guest is obliged to compensate for the damage.
- The guest is obliged to compensate for any damage caused to the furnishings or equipment of the apartment.
- The accommodation provider is not liable for damages caused to the guest as a result of force majeure or the actions of third parties.
- The guest is obliged to comply with all the above-mentioned rules of accommodation. In the event that these rules are violated, the accommodation provider has the right to immediately terminate the accommodation services without the right to refund the accommodation fees.
- The guest is fully responsible for the minors staying with him/her.
